Project Overview: Inspired by the French colonial influence on Cameroon, this project reimagines a greenhouse setting as a serene urban oasis. Drawing on the elegance and organic forms of Art Nouveau, a style that flourished in Europe during the late 19th and early 20th centuries, the design incorporates lush landscapes, botanical motifs, and a muted colour palette. Key Responsibilities: Conceptual Development: Played a pivotal role in developing the initial design concept, drawing inspiration from Art Nouveau and the French colonial influence on Cameroon. Contextual Research: Conducted in-depth research on Art Nouveau principles, Cameroonian history, and botanical elements to inform the design decisions. Visualization: Created striking 3D visualizations to effectively communicate the design concept to clients and stakeholders. Achievements: Successfully translated the design concept into visually impactful and compelling visualizations. Achieved client satisfaction by delivering a design that seamlessly blended French Art Nouveau aesthetics with Cameroonian cultural influences. Created a unique and memorable space that provides a serene urban oasis while honouring the country's rich heritage.
